I noticed a ribbon on the corner of the bags? What is behind this?

All of our bags are handmade and unique. Our primary signature logo, a ribbon strip, is found on many of our bags in the corner of the backside. More recently crafted bags have the kathrynell label inside of them.

I'm so excited for my bag! How long does it take to arrive?

Most orders will take 2-3 weeks from the time of order until your purchase arrives. Because all bags are handmade, timing can vary. If a problem arises we will contact you.

How are items shipped to me?

All items will be sent USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. International buyers must email us for shipping before purchasing so we can calculate shipping and get your purses out to you!

What is your privacy policy?

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and e-mail address. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately at exchanges@kathrynell.com to discuss options for credit, exchange or replacement. kathrynell will gladly provide full shop credit, not including shipment fees, within 21 days of the shipment date. You must contact us prior to your return and state the reason for the return. The item must be returned within 21 days of original shipment and in the same condition in which it was received. Do not return an item until you have contacted us and received return instructions. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customized items may not be returned, credited, or exchanged. If your kathrynell purchase happens to rip or tear, you may send it back and we will gladly repair or replace it for free!

What about bags that are no longer on the website?

Each handbag style is produced as a limited edition, once the product sells out, it is difficult to find. Please contact us if there is a bag you are interested in that is no longer on the site.
